This week we have been exploring trust: what it is, and how it works and flows.

Today i want you to consider the actions that build trust.

Use your sixty seconds today to consider which specific actions build trust.

Is trust built through sharing, acting, doing, listening, challenging, or something else?

In the Landscape of Trust research we see people describing trust building through shared experience, and over time, although people are also able to give examples of it building fast and with strangers.

As a Social Leader, we are interested in, and informed by, theory, but are guided, through individual and collective reflection and sense making, into direct action.
