Stories surround us: they are how we share meaning, how we learn, how we protest, how we set direction, and how we derail others as they set theirs.
Sometimes we find ourselves within a story: a story told to us, or about us. A story of reputation or a story of change.
Use your sixty seconds today to think of a time that you found yourself within a story.
How did it feel? Did you feel trapped, caught, enabled, or challenged?
Do you ever put people into stories, and if so, how?
This week over on the blog i am developing new work and ideas around Storytelling in Social Leadership.
