Use your sixty seconds today to try something new: a new approach to a conversation, a new way of looking at a problem, a new way of thinking about how a component fits into a system, or a new way of curating the space around you, even something as simple as how you organise your desk or space.
Perhaps there is a task that keeps coming around that you can think of a new way of tackling, or a challenging conversation that you keep avoiding? Or an opportunity you can sense, but cannot capture, or something you are unsure about but never have time to learn.
Sixty seconds may not be enough time to ‘do’ these things, but it may be enough time to find the intent to do so.
If none of these things are true, perhaps you can use your time simply to listen to the system around you: to consider if you always hear the same voices, and whether you would value any new ones.
