In general, people describe that it takes time for trust to grow, but almost everyone can also give you an example of when it has formed fast (typically when people share an experience, or challenge).
Use your sixty seconds today to consider the relationship between ‘trust’ and ‘time’, and then to think what, if anything, you can do about this?
If trust is built through experiences, is the act of a Social Leader to consider when, and how, we create those experiences?
If trust builds slowly, do we need to create a tempo of connection, to maximise the opportunity?
