In a conversation yesterday, someone said that an idea was just too big. People did not know what to do with it.
That’s both something to avoid, but also to welcome. Not every answer will be small and convenient, and not every answer will be given to us.
Sometimes we should be unafraid to ask people to commit into uncertain spaces, or to carry their (and our) doubt with them.
