This week we will explore aspects of Social Leadership, leading from our internal beliefs and intention, through to our actions and ability to hear our impact, and finally onto what it means to be in reflective practice.
The fist step of Social Leadership is ‘Curation’: curation of the self. Where do you stand within the system, and what do you stand for. To choose your space and if necessary to move yourself.
We are all given a role as a leader: your formal leadership, within the hierarchy and infrastructure. With power that is gifted. But we also earn our Social Authority through our actions over time. And our stance will influence this. Anyone can be a Social Leader, indeed everyone is. But not everyone has the foundations of knowing where they stand.
