As i was running the Quiet Leadership programme this morning, someone said something that really stuck with me: she asked is you should be the leader you are, or the leader someone needs you to be.
I realise that these are not always the same person, but what is the cost, friction, or difference between the two?
If these is sometimes a difference, what would it be, and where would it sit? In your intent, your action, or your accountability or impact?
Use your sixty seconds today to consider what the difference may be.
Consider also how you would ever discover it or be aware of it?
