Today is about the impact: where our action both lands and is judged.
Intention is not the same as impact: they may match up, or fall entirely apart.
As a Social Leader you must ask yourself a question: is intention enough? Or is it the impact that counts?
If you intend to do good, but your action is not perceived to be so, have you still done good?
Use your sixty seconds today to consider this: how do you know if you are doing well, and within which system are you measuring it?
Part of this work is to understand that we operate in conflicted spaces: you cannot do ‘good’ by all parties all of the time - but we can at least be clear of what good we are doing, and why.
