As we approach day #250 of this work we are also approaching 500 people in this community. Tiny by our global standards, but fascinating to me nonetheless, because engagement is so high here.
There is no great chapter marker at 250, but nonetheless it prompts me to ask you what you are looking for in this space: do you find the text useful, or the videos, or both. These last few days i have also utilised the new ‘narrate’ feature of Substack, which just allows me to easily record an audio track of the text.
Are there topics you are interested in, or particular types of posts that you enjoy?
Social Leadership Daily remains an experimental space for me: i have some ideas for where it will go next, but it’s always good to ask ‘what do you want or need’ from this type of space, to be ‘In Practice’.
