Today is an Action Day: use your 60 seconds to reach out to someone to offer help.
This may not sound like a difficult thing to do, but as you do so, ask yourself these questions:
In our culture, is help most often asked for or offered?
Does everyone have equal access to a network or community that can help?
Is helping others part of your job, or a discretionary investment on top of it?
What is the reward for helping?
Do you most often help people that you know, or like, or is your offer based purely on need - and if so, how would you know the need, or how do others know what you need?
So an Action Day, with some reflection.
