Not ‘what needs doing’ in terms of tasks on your desk.
Not ‘what needs doings’ in terms of teams and the activities that they do.
Not even ‘what needs doing’ by others in the Organisation, even those at the top.
But rather ‘what needs doing’ locally - near to you, or by you. You within the system.
Social Leadership sits parallel to formal leadership, but is more grounded in the understanding and reflective practice of the individual. Of you. Of me.
So ask yourself today ‘what needs doing’ that nobody else can see - because nobody has your unique perspective.
Then share it with others, and hear what they see, from theirs.
