This week we are considering ‘Sharing’ in Social Leadership, and today let’s think about curiosity.
Sharing curiosity is a simple thing to do, and it comes with two benefits - one for us and one for our community or Organisation!
Curiosity is a hammer that we can use to fracture our own certainty about things, acting as a foundation for learning. And curiosity can be a clear statement that it’s ok to ask questions, and to use those questions as a foundation for change. But how?
Curiosity may be held in questions such as:
‘What if we…’
‘Why not try…
‘How would we…’
‘Could we stop…’
‘Could we start…’
Use your sixty seconds today to share your curiosity, about anything: big or small, with one person or many.
And see how it feels, and see what it does.
