As we continue our exploration of ‘Sharing’ in Social Leadership, today I want you to consider how you share your time.
People typically list ‘time’ as the #1 thing that they lack, but in my own research even senior leaders reckon they could free up an average of 3.5 hours a week for an interesting opportunity.
Use your sixty seconds today to give away some time.
Maybe it’s five minutes to listen to someone, ten minutes to help out with a task, or an hour to host a conversation where you listen.
Time is precious, but that does not mean we should hoard it: spending it wisely, and gifting it, may be valuable too.
