As part of the Culture Research i’m running at the moment, i asked people what they really wanted from Organisational Culture: something practical was the answer.
Use your sixty seconds today to consider one practical thing you could do to help weave strength into your own Culture.
Some ideas that i liked included:
Coffee Credits: give people a ‘coffee credit’ to spend on Zoom or Teams this week, to connect with a stranger in their own Organisation.
Who Am I: create a space where people can leave a postcard to say ‘who am i - and how do i fit into the broader team’ - browse these to make new connections.
Daily Connection: encourage 5 minute connections each morning for small teams - which can include ‘what i need from you all today’ and ‘what i can offer’.
