Why bother with gratitude?
Use your sixty seconds today to consider what ‘gratitude’ gives you (or your Organisation, or Culture, or Community) - if it gives you anything at all.
Are things any better in a culture where it’s normal to say ‘thank you’, or where it’s common to reach out with gratitude?
In Social Leadership we talk about gratitude with context: thank you for this thing you did/said/gave - it enabled me to do/think/achieve this…
This speaks to gratitude as enabling and invested: an expression of how we value each other, and what that value gives us.
