I’m thinking about Community today: a few messages from people this week in this space have reminded me that Social Leadership takes place in the arms of our community.
The smallest of conversations that we have throughout the days and weeks are like fibres being woven into the canvas of a sail. If they are weak, the sail will fail. But if they are strong, carefully tended to, and carefully woven, then the sail will carry us safely.
