I feel i’ve been behind myself all week. It’s been busy and inevitably everything has slipped a bit.
The question of busyness is interesting: to what extent is busyness imposed upon us and to what extent do we create or tolerate it.
I guess we may say that, for an Organisation to function, 1000 units of work need to be done, and that is what defines the level of busy. But is that true? Do we create another thousand units where we discuss the first?
