Take stock of what is around and within you. What pressure do you feel today, and what pressure lies on others? What weight do you carry, and what weight can you see in the system? Is the structure working? Where are the shadows?
Then look for the silence: who can you not hear? What can’t you see through your eyes (or through the eyes of others)? What is unsaid? What is unfair?
