In the Quiet Leadership work i use a question, ‘what is your hope’? I’m never all that sure about it - ‘hope’ is not a strategy, and i’m not quite sure what it tells us. Except that i guess it’s a statement about intent - about how we hope things change. So we will run with that today as the fourth part of our guided reflection.
Use your sixty seconds today to think about hope: what do you hope for next year?
For yourself, your system, for those around you. And what is your role in that hope: to observe, to change, to learn, to judge? Or something else.
