Today is an Action Day: whilst this is a space of reflective practice, it is still about action. Walk away from this email and do something: something to cause a ripple in your leadership.
You could say thank you to someone (gratitude is a recurring theme in our work here - but it never devalues)
You could claim an hour from your diary next week for yourself - to read - to ground yourself. To create at least an illusion of control.
You could pause and breathe. And breathe again. And find someone who has no space for breath. And help them.
You could give something away: time, resource, uncertainty or self doubt.
You could send the email you have been avoiding.
You could create a space for someone: an opportunity or a reflection.
Today, take action.
