The robins have shifted from nest building to feeding: each morning i see them carrying small morsels of food into the old gas meter box, which makes me hopeful that they are either sitting on, or hatching, their eggs.
I love how this part of our house, something old and redundant, has been reclaimed, made a home, especially as it’s right next to the kitchen doors, so we can sit and have breakfast together with them.
Home is where you make it: something true of our social communities and leadership. It happens where it happens - in claimed spaces and around the edges of systems. We claim space where we need it.
Use your sixty seconds today to consider where you lead. And whether that is always obvious.
I’d like to welcome all those of you who are new to this community, exploring Social Leadership in practice, in our everyday lives. You are very welcome in this space.
