We all know that challenge can be good for us: it can drive us out of our comfort zone, and open up new possibility as we learn. But it can be uncomfortable, bewildering, threatening and even simply confusing.
One antidote to this is our communities, our ‘sense making’ spaces. When we are in company, we can figure out ‘what it means’ together. We can be braver. We can help each other find tempo.
