What would your logo be?
It’s an odd question really, but if you were a brand, how would you represent yourself?
Are you an Eagle, or an Anchor? A rocket ship or an abstract word or phrase? Can you go wrong by being a fruit?
Use your sixty seconds today to draw your logo: it’s ok if it’s a bit rubbish. Most organisation are, once you get behind the glitz and glamour.
Consider how your beautiful illustration is intended to be read: will people see it an understand the intent that you put into it? Or will they impose their own narrative upon it?
Can you ever capture yourself in a snapshot?
Maybe not: in which case, how do you feel about being complex? If there is so much to you that it cannot be captured so easily?
What if that is true for us all? Complex beings wedged into complex structures?
Wouldn’t that make leadership hard?
