Today is an Action Day: every ten days or so we step away from reflection into action.

So today, use your sixty seconds to take action.

You could:

  • Pick up something that litters the landscape - a piece of rubbish or an outdated idea. Throw it away.

  • Give something to someone who needs it more - some old clothes, or some of your time.

  • Reach out in kindness

  • Reach out in gratitude

Or use this time for yourself, and just breathe
