The camping trip is nearly upon us, so i’m starting to pull everything together. Of course, at the end of the season i tell myself i will get organised, so we are ready for next year. And of course i never do.
Preparation means i need to think through our actions of the day: trying to remember every peg, pole and pot that we will need. I step through it, one thing at a time.
Use your sixty seconds today to step through your day, and notice what you pack.
Your curiosity, independence, community, compassion, care? Your doubt and fears?
How much of what is in that backpack is something you need? What could you leave behind?
