Are you ever conscious that it’s the very last time you will do something?
Once was the very last time i used Macromedia Flash, the very last time i drew a GANTT chart, the very last time i wrote a resume, the very last time i was late for school.
Some things just end: things that we are so certain about, so central to our lives, and yet they are anchored in time, place, and context. And then one day they are gone.
Use your sixty seconds today to ask yourself this: is something i am certain about today going to one day pass me by?
Indeed, is that true of everything that we know?
When certainty is our bedrock, it’s useful to remember that even those things which we are certain about are finite too.
