I notice that a number of my recent conversations have been about stillness and silence: about taking space, about breathing.
Perhaps it’s the onset of autumn, the impending winter, leading me to be reflective. Or perhaps a response to the violence and challenge in the world today.
Or maybe it’s because our context is busy, and what we may need is not ‘answers’ so much as space.
Use your sixty seconds today however you like: in silence, reflection, or in service of others.
