I’m in London for two days at a conference, which coincides with what feels like the start of autumn. It’s been absolutely beautiful in the mornings, walking through the city, blue skies above.
Sometimes I come away from these events with some new knowledge or perspective, but in general what I am doing is spending time in a community. Some people I’m catching up with after a few years, others I meet for the first time. And somewhere between the sessions, the community ,and my reflective practice, I hope to find insight.
But it’s not guaranteed. Insight is an elusive thing, and not something we should take for granted. It’s a rare commodity.
Use your sixty seconds today to consider where you find insight, and indeed how often.
If you are new to this community, you are very welcome in this space. Here we explore leadership in the very smallest of actions, through a dialogue with our practice, for just sixty seconds a day.
