Today is an Action Day. As this is a ‘community in practice’, we regularly step out of our reflective space and into an action focussed one.
Use your sixty seconds today in gratitude.
It could be an email, a word of thanks, a recognition of someone who has made a difference to your this week. Remember, when you share your gratitude, share what it gave you too: perhaps it gave you space, or permission, or respite, or momentum.
You could share your gratitude to someone you know well, or to someone you see, but do not ‘know’: someone who lets you through a gate, serves your coffee, or delivers your post.
Gratitude is not pointless: it can be a useful lens for ourselves, to remember that we are just one part of a system, and that we can only thrive within it. And gratitude can change someone’s day, or ripple beyond them and into the system as a whole.
