We will end this week with a foundation of Social Leadership: to look around.

Use your sixty seconds today to pause, and look around you.

What do you like, what alarms or concerns you? What needs a little bit of attention, and what is looking after itself? Where is there opportunity (for yourself, of that you can give), and where are the traps?

And where do you stand?

The foundation of Social Leadership is curation: curating your space. Choosing where to stand, and what to do.

Sometimes that space is given to you - or you are constrained or cast into it. Sometimes you have agency to move. And sometimes you will be compelled to move - to do what is right, to make something better.

Social Leadership is a practice in motion. Use your time today to look around, and work out in which direction.
