It’s Day #700 of Social Leadership Daily which is a milestone of some sort. Not a dramatic one, but this work is not about drama. It’s about the diligent effort to be in a dialogue with our practice as Social Leaders. For sixty seconds a day.
This work considers the Organisation as an Ecosystem, and the ways that we lead with both our formal authority (that which is given to us by the Organisation), as well as our Social Authority (earned within our many communities).
In this sense, we lead at the intersection of systems.
And this work considers the very smallest of actions: It’s not about how you change everything, or become something monumental and perfect. Rather it is about a dialogue with our imperfect leadership, and however we change one simple thing.
Ourselves.
Thank you for being part of this community: those of you who have been here from the start, those who have just joined us, those who are able to support through a subscription, or through sharing, or simply encouragement. I read every message and value every step we take.
Use your sixty seconds today to consider why you are here.
There are no answers, no teaching, no wisdom and no prize. But for some reason we are all here, from forty six different countries, together for one minute. Every day.
