Day #720 - Safety and Shelter

Providing Protection

I’m working on a new illustration, considering the ‘Organisation as Ecosystem’. I’ll be using it in a programme, called ‘Safety and Shelter’, aimed at people who have been disconnected or left adrift by certain changes in the world today.

It’s only half complete, but already you can see where we will camp.

Creating space, shelter, this is part of our leadership. Lighting the fire, slinging up a canvas, providing protection and shade.
