Overall it’s been a great week. Busy, and productive. I can’t say I got everything done, but I did get a lot done! But as my Friday winds down, I will use the last email of my day in gratitude. Just a small action, but gratitude is one way we weave strength into our Communities.
Use your sixty seconds today in gratitude.
As ever, don’t just show gratitude: explain what this person’s action, or inspiration, has given you.
It doesn’t have to even be someone that you ‘know’. You can always sent a message to someone you admire, whose work has touched you in some way, be it a song, a book, a painting, or a leader.
I once wrote to a musician I admire to say ‘thanks for the music’, and they sent me the nicest message back. Gratitude is simple, but common to us all.
I hope you’ve had a great week.
We are a community, around the world, in dialogue with our practice. Whoever you are, however you turn up, you are welcome in this space. Welcome to Vanja, Darren, Doreen and the others who have joined us this week.
