Ecosystem Notes # Detachment

Social Leadership Daily - Day #836

I can feel my sense of connection slipping away: my early walks in January, when the year was fresh and crisp, now seem but memories. Life - work - is pulling me around, and further from these roots.

This is the nature of how we understand the ecosystem: in the abstract, at a distance, in memory, through story. Or embodied, embedded, through texture, and connection. Both valid, both different.

This work, throughout this year, is an attempt to remain embodied within the system. To be grounded and to see what changes around me - as well as within me.
