I seem to practice my social leadership in most situations because it is natural, it's part of who I have become. Learning within it comes through feedback. Those conversations can be easy or they can be hard. Part of individual growth has to be creating a comfortable space for people to give you feedback. The harder we make it to have those conversations, the less we grow in ways that are beneficial to our social leadership.
