Reflecting on Julian being away and reflection of our recent holiday, I thought it would be worthwhile to start a simple practice.
Today I took 60 seconds to think of a holiday, or a time away from the regular working day spent with others in nature. I contacted one of those people and shared how much I enjoyed and appreciated that time.
