We tend to invest our Social Currencies, like kindness and pride, within our trusted and tribal spaces. They reinforce our bonds of togetherness.
But beyond that space is the ‘other’. Those we are not connected to so closely, and yet with whom we interact and may need to collaborate or lead.

Are they simply the ‘others’, or are you united in purpose, culture, intent, or something else?
Sometimes Organisations talk about ‘kindness’ and the Social Currencies as if we should have more of them universally - but that is not how they operate.
Perhaps instead we need to consider listening, mutuality, purpose, and so on.
