I’m back home after a busy few days, and glad to be back because we have a team meeting.
Or rather, we used to have team meetings, but now we have a shared table.
We realised we were not very good at being together to work, so instead we just hold space for 90 minutes, and someone - or everyone - brings food. And if nobody brings food, we have bread and cheese.
What does this waste of time give us? With no agenda, no note taking, and no task list?
It gives us connection, which we use to get us through the rest of the week.
Use your sixty seconds today to consider when you invest in each other, and how.
