We have intention, take action, and have an impact. But these things are not always closely aligned.
Use your sixty seconds today - at the start of the week - to think about how you hold intention.
Do you have a plan? Is your intention aligned to some kind of goals or outputs? Or do you tend to be ‘intentional in the moment’, when a course of action appears?
Does it matter?
In general, people describe the type of leadership they need quite clearly: humble, listening, supportive, but also giving space, freedom, opportunity. We can do all these things, but we may need a degree of intention.
