This week we are wayfaring: in motion, walking the boundaries.
Use your sixty seconds today to consider what trips you up as you go.
In your everyday practice, some things will support and enable you, others will trip you up. What are they?
Is it an expenses process that takes too long, a performance management system that is counter intuitive, a boss who is always late, or an idea that you labour under.
Some of these things are beyond our control. Some can be changed through individual action, others require collective action.
Social Leadership may not be about the ‘fixing’, so much as the ability to be in motion, to see and hear these things.
To note them and be in dialogue about them.
And at times, this activity may cause us to wonder if it is us that trips people up, through our own actions of shadows.
If you enjoy this work, please consider sharing it more widely.
