I had a little bit of everything this morning: i cycled to school with both River and Meadow on the bike, and we has some sunshine, hail, wind and rain. Our whole climate in one trip.
But it was beautiful: dramatic one moment, then we were huddled up against the wind the next.
When i talk about ‘power’ i talk about the weather - the ways it is changeable, and plays out across the ecosystem of the Organisation.

When we ride the bike, most of the time i take the brunt of the wind and rain, then River, sheltered behind me, and finally Meadow at the back. She’s the smallest so we keep her safest.
