Today i set out to guide another group through the landscape of Quiet Leadership: this work explores humility, kindness, fairness and grace, and whilst gentle, is, i think, important. It’s about leadership in the smallest of actions.
I’ve guided dozens of groups through this landscape, giving me the opportunity to have developed my language and delivery of the work. Rehearsal after rehearsal. Through those iterations, the ideas themselves evolve.
Use your sixty seconds today to consider this: in your own practice, what have you done time and time and time again. And how has it evolved?
Of course, the opposite maybe true: things we do exactly the same, time and time and time again.
This is a reflection upon the evolution of our practice, and ties into the idea of leadership as motion.
[Oh - and as you can see, the studio is still ‘almost’ finished, so the sound is better… but my voice is still rusty as i’m under the weather… slow progress!]
