How are things going?
We talk about evidence and belief. Things are going well because i can quantify it. Or because i believe it.
Both are types of data: the quantifiable is externally validated - we can all see it - whilst the qualitative is internally moderated - in my own head.
But both, in their ways, are true, and both, in their ways, act upon us.
So how are things going?
Use your sixty seconds today to consider the foundations of your response: are you speaking with evidence, or conviction, or somehow with both?
And if both, does the conviction cause you to search for evidence, or does the evidence drive your conviction?!
