Dinner was made, story time took place, washing up done. All ready to settle down, and then I remembered… I forgot to write this today.
It’s somewhat ironic as I have been working on the Learning Science book this week, and writing a chapter on memory and forgetting, so I guess I can at least use this as a case study.
It’s not that I don’t value you, and it’s not that I don’t have a regular habit of writing. I just got carried away with other things and… forgot. So I’m being kind to myself about it, and just writing this now.
Use your sixty seconds today to be kind to yourself about something.
And if you don’t need that kindness, use it on someone else tomorrow.
See you next week! If I remember…
Social Leadership Daily is a reflective community, a space to be in dialogue with our practice, welcome to Shelley, Tamara, Angela, and everyone else who joined our community this week. You are very welcome in this space.
And if you are wondering where the picture is today… I forgot to do that too, before I closed the office door… sorry
