Habits are comforting: they can be helpful, but they can also trap us.

They efficiently capture knowledge and schemas of action, but can make us lazy. Something that is a habit does not require much thought.

Can you remember the last time you formed a new habit? Do you see people around you exhibiting clear habits? And have you ever left a habit behind, with intention?

And are habits easy to form, or hard - and easy to shift, or impossibly hard?

Do you have a habit that traps your, or simply comforts you? I have both!
